The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. The complimentary snacks, thoughtfully replenished daily, were just one of the many personal touches that made us feel truly valued as guests. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and luxury. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Ferrero Rocher chocolates left during the evening turndown service—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel pampered. The dining experience was equally impressive. The full buffet breakfast on the sky deck was a highlight of our mornings, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The lingering scent of bukhoor in the foyer added an authentic and enchanting touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Narcissus The Royal Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to provide a fantastic experience. This was my first time staying in Riyadh (and the 1st time in the Middle-East for that matter) Honestly, I was quite worried what to expect (since the travel advice on the gov.uk website was distinctly unfavourable) But the welcome that I received at the hotel immediately put me at ease. Breakfast is fantastic! I have stayed in some really nice hotels in the past, but this one is far better than anywhere that I've been before. The ultimate in luxury! (I need that toilet!)

The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. I highly recommend this property, not just for business travelers like myself, but also for families.
